CORPFIN CAPITAL IS A SPANISH INDEPENDENT PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM  It currently manages three investment funds, Corpfin Capital Fund I, Corpfin Capital Fund II and Corpfin Capital Fund III. Corpfin Capital Fund III closed in June 2006 with a final commitment of € 223 million and is currently being invested. Corpfin Capital Fund I , with a commitment of € 26 million and Corpfin Capital Fund II with € 135 have been completely invested and are currently being divested.   Corpfin Capital invests these Funds in Spanish companies, through MBOs (management buy-outs), MBIs (management buy-ins), capital expansion, “Buy and Build”, or replacement capital.  Since its foundation in 1990, Corpfin Capital has invested over € 200 million in more than 20 companies.
