Mediterráneo is one of the leading residential property management providers in Spain with 27 offices nationwide, providing service to more than 10,000 joint properties. In addition to the general administration of communities, its activity includes other services such as supplier management, the collection of taxes and fees, or the marketing of homes.

In 2023 Corpfin acquired a majority stake in the company, with the aim of carrying out the consolidation and professionalisation of this industry. After three years of deep transformation of the group, during which its operating profit nearly tripled, in May 2026 Corpfin Capital sold its stake to Associa, the industry’s largest community management company.
