Vitaly is the largest independent player in the health, safety and prevention (“HS&P”) services in Spain. The Group results from the acquisition of Cualtis, the second largest player in the industry, by Grupo Preving (the third largest player, backed by Corpfin Capital since 2015). In addition to this acquisition, Vitaly has acquired more than 20 companies since 2022, contributing decisively to the consolidation of the sector in Iberia.

The group operates more than 300 centers in Spain serving over 150,000 clients, including SMEs and large corporates, and providing its services to more than 2,5 m employees.
