At Corpfin Capital we are committed to excellence, respect and promotion of environmental, social and corporate governance aspects. Our Responsible Investment Policy includes our approach to these aspects and commitment to the planet and society. We also have a Conflict of Interest Policy in place for the benefit of transparency.

We aim to generate value for our investors, whilst promoting sustainable growth of investees companies. We develop and promote environmental, social and good governance (ESG) aspects within our portfolio so they become more sustainable and responsible companies at the time of divestment. ESG aspects are integrated across full investment cycle as fostered by the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (EU 2019-2088).

In 2012 we signed the Principles of Responsible Investment of the United Nations, UN PRI.In addition to applying these principles systematically in our organization, we consider the transfer of these objectives and values to each of our investee companies an integral part of our mission, contributing to the sustainable improvement of the environment and generating sustainable long-term returns for society.

Moreover, the partners and employees of Corpfin Capital have a desire to give part of the benefits they have received back to society and we make regular contributions to various NGOs and foundations. Since 2001 Corpfin Capital has developed the “MATCH PROGRAM”, which doubles the commitments made by its employees every year.

We regularly collaborate with the following NGOs and foundations among others: Ayuda en Acción, Caritas, Food Bank, Ayuda Efectiva Foundation, Asion (children corner), Educo Foundation, Médecins Sans Frontières, Amnesty International and María Ayuda.
