Corpfin Capital has acquired a majority stake in Berioska, manufacturer of the Babaria brand

Corpfin Capital has acquired a majority participation in Berioska to accelerate Babaria’s national and international growth. The current shreholders keep a minority stake and  Gerd Loewen, an experience manager in consumer goods, joins the company as CEO and shareholder.
