Dimoldura is the interior doors and mouldings sector leader in the Iberian Peninsula. The company sells its products mainly in Spain, France, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Benelux from seven production facilities strategically located in Spain, Portugal and France.
In 2018 Corpfin acquired a majority percentage with the achieved objective of driving the organic and inorganic growth of the company. Over the last six years Dimoldura has gone from being a local manufacturer to a pan-European company, managing to double its sales to reach c. 120 million euros in 2023 and significantly expanding its international presence to represent close to 50% of its activity.
Corpfin Capital has sold Dimoldura to Arbonia in 2024. The integration of both companies forms a leading platform in interior doors in Europe with great potential for future growth.
