Grupo Preving is a leading company in occupational safety and prevention of occupational hazards in Spain.

The group was formed as a result of the merger between Grupo Preving, Egarsat SP and Prevenna in 2015; when Corpfin Capital acquired a majority stake together with its founders and directors. Since then, as part of the build-up plan in the sector, Grupo Preving has completed 9 acquisitions of companies in various territories of Spain. The Group now supports around 45,000 customers through 60 centres across Spain.

In 2019 Corpfin Capital disvested its majority stake in Grupo Preving, maintaining a minority percentage for the new stage of business expansion.
