The secondary market is growing and consolidating in Spain as a way to recapitalize investees and accelerate their growth.

The rise of this market is due to the fact that it provides flexible liquidity solutions that allow renewing part of the investor base at a time when LPs are demanding liquidity and divestments are suffering from the Ukrainian invasion, inflation and the energy crisis.
