Palex grows with the acquisition of MTW and the Portuguese company Isoder

Palex Medical will reach 400 million in billing with the integration of MTW and Isoder

The medical material company, owned by Corpfin Capital, has bought the Madrid company Medicina Técnica Werkstatte and the Portuguese company Isótopos y Derivados (Isoder).

With these acquisitions, Palex Medical is making progress towards its goal of becoming the largest distributor of medical equipment in Southern Europe. The company, which earned €336 million in 2022, up more than 22% compared to 2021, is achieving growth above the estimated forecasts.
